전문 요리쉐프 과정이지만, 위 과정은 영국 현지인 대상으로만 선발하는 과정임 그래서, 학비가 매우 저렴 (외국인은 지원 불가) - 이유는 비자지원이 안되기 때문임. 학교 홈페이지 방문해서 살펴 보세요.

대학교는 학위가 부여되는 정식대학이고, 칼리지는 우리로 보면, 직업전문학교로 전문대학과 유사한 시스템이죠. 그래서, 요리과정들이 포함되죠.

서구의 대학교는 한국처럼 졸업장이 중요하지 않구요. 학위를 취득하는 것이 더 중요하죠. 학위를 받으면 졸업했다는 의미가 됩니다. 물론, 학위를 못받으면 졸업도 못한 것이 되죠.
